Election Results
12/01/08
Unfortunately, although elections were held, there were not
enough attendees and proxies to make quorum. For the time
being, the current board will remain in place until it is
decided how to proceed.
Annual Meeting and Elections
10/27/08
Our annual meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Thursday November
13, at Summit Baptist Church. Elections for the new board
will be held at this meeting.
Management Company 8/18/08
Access Management is no longer handling the management of
our neighborhood. Any questions or inquiries should be mailed
to a board member. Additionally, any written correspondence,
including architectural and painting requests, payments and
the like, should be mailed to our new P.O. Box. See the Contacts

Hands On Paces Club Day
8/11/08
Also known as a community work day. On Saturday August 23rd
meet in the pavilion parking lot at 10am to help fix up our
neighborhood and meet your neighbors. Just show up and we
will put you on a project. All talents, ingenuity, and enthusiasm
will be warmly welcomed and greatly appreciated.
(Please be sure to meet in the parking lot, as the pavilion
will be in use at that time.)

On 8-5-08 at 5:15AM a maroon Ford Taurus making a left hand
turn on Glenaire Way presumably on their way out of the subdivision,
jumped the curb and knocked down a mailbox. If anyone has
any information on the owner of the vehicle please contact
Fred Judson at afjudson@juno.com.
New Additions To The Web Site 7/15/08
There is now an interactive calendar in, of all places, the
Calendar section. You can view
upcoming Paces Club Community events as well as see when the
pavilion is reserved, and when league tennis matches are scheduled.
In addition, there has also been a new section added to the
website. The Swim & Tennis
section outlines some of the rules and guidelines for the
pool and the tennis courts.
So check them out.

Windows Under Warranty updated
8/8/08
The windows used in our homes were manufactured and are warranted
by MI Windows and Doors for 10 years. If you are experiencing
moisture in your windows, the seal has broken and you might
qualify for replacement. In order to have them replaced, you
must meet the following criteria:
- You must be the original homeowner
- Your home must be less than 10 years old
You will be required to supply the model or series number
(should be found on a sticker on the inside frame of your
windows). FYI, the series number of the 6 grid windows that
measure 29 3/8" x 33 3/8" is Series 155. Once approved, you
will be mailed a form that will need to be completed and mailed.
In addition, you will be required to enclose a copy of your
closing papers or, if you purchased the windows yourself,
a receipt and $12 per pane for shipping and handling. The
glass will be mailed for you to install (installation instructions
are provided).

We are in the process of updating resident information for
the community directory. At this point in time, we are unsure
as to how we are going to distribute the directory. But first
things first. Before we decide how we are going to do it,
we need to have information to go in it. To that end please
