Painting and Architectural Requests

All exterior painting and architectural changes must be approved by the HOA board. Below are the appropriate forms to fill out. Once you have filled out the form with all the requested information please send it to the location indicated on the form. The board will review the information and contact you within 30 days with their decision. Work is not to begin until the request is approved. If a request is denied and work has already begun, it will need to be undone or corrected at the homeowner's expense.

Pavilion Reservation Requests

The pavilion may be reserved by any community resident in good standing. The reservation must be accompanied by a refundable $100 deposit. You will be responsible for the actions of your guests, and will be required to remove trash and/or trash cans to the parking lot, clean and sweep the area including the bathrooms and have incurred no damage to the area in order to have the $100 deposit returned. Once you have decided on your date and time, you can check the calendar to see if it is available. Then simply follow the instructions on the form for submission.
