The printed pages in the binder are a thing of the past: effective immediately,
we are starting a new procedure for reserving our tennis courts - go to
www.reservemycourt.com
and sign up for an account; it's free.
There will be a link to email the administrator for a facility code you will need.
If you ever find it necessary to prove your reservation, you can print out your reservation confirmation.
There is also a way to reserve courts via telephone.

If you have not voted on the changes to the covenants and by-laws, or aren't sure
if you already have, please contact Alicia Gatto at secretary@pacesclubhoa.org,
she can look it up to let you know. Remember, this has been in the works for over
a few years so you may have voted awhile ago.
The voting form is now available for download / print on the
Documents page You may print the form and submit it by mail directly to
the lawyers (address is at the top of the form), to
Riverside Property Management, or to Alicia Gatto (4322 Sugar Maple Chase).
You may also contact a board member via email or phone to arrange a time to meet
and take care of it in person. Some current and many former board members are Notaries,
so this option could be the most convenient.
Whether you vote yes or no to the changes, the board appreciates your participation
in this important endeavour.

First, let me say the Board was very pleased at the turn out last night at the annual
meeting, we had more there than last year. This is the first time in a very long
time, maybe ever, that we had more than 5 candidates running. We thank everyone
who came to the meeting or sent their proxy ballot in their absence. Unfortunately,
as those there know, we did not have enough for a quorum (needed 106, we had 71)
and thus not enough to take an official vote for the board members. However, we
did take the ballots and counted them as a survey to garner the wishes of those
voting, and in doing so, chose the top 5 to be appointed as the next board of directors,
as per our by-laws. The result of the survey is as follows:
- Alicia Gatto - 65
- Clayton Little - 61
- Craig Moore - 50
- Scott McConnell - 43
- Adam Price - 38
- Todd Hanlin - 37
- Terri Karp - 32
As you see, the numbers were very close. Another incentive to pass the amended covenants
and by-laws is that one of the changes, as it relates to the annual elections, is
that it would allow for electronic voting in addition to mail-in proxies or physical
attendance. Surely this would help us reach that quorum!
The Board also appreciated the dialogues that were opened last night.There were
many good questions and suggestions we took down for our next board meeting.
Speaking of the next meeting, it will be Monday December 5 at 630pm. If you would

and we will let you know where it will be.

Come kick off the summer pool season at our Dive-In Movie Wednesday June 30
at 8pm. We'll be showing Megamind, rated PG, and Papa John's will be
on site selling pizzas for $5 each. Bring your own drinks, please. Remember, no
glass containers on the pool deck.

Get in shape this summer with your neighbors! Join the Paces Club Weight Loss Challenge.
Cost to join the contest is $30 per person ($5 goes to buy a contest T-shirt). There
will be first, second and third place prizes based on percentage of pounds lost.
Starts Sunday, May 22nd, with weigh-in at Pavillion, 8am - 9am, followed by bi-weekly
weigh-in, for 12 weeks. Percentage loss reports will be emailed to the entrants
after each weigh-in. Total pounds lost for the whole group to be posted on the message
board. Also, join the new group on Facebook.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of tennis and are guaranteed to have fun!!
Sessions will consist of warm-up, mechanics work, drills, competitive scenarios

If you missed our four key distribution dates, you can set up an appointment to
pick up the key at one of the board members' houses, at their convenience. If you
are a renter, you will need to bring written permission from the home owner that
you can pick up the key, as well as a photo ID (that's true for all residents).

someone will get back to you.

It is time to start getting ready for the Paces Club Summer Swim Team! Last year
was our first season, and it was a big hit with everyone involved! We had over 70
swimmers, and are looking to grow this summer.
All swimmers ages 5-18 are invited to join the Piranhas - only basic swimming skils
are needed. We will start practicing after school in May, then move to morning practices
once school is out. The community will be hiring a coach to conduct three age-based
practices. Meets will be one evening a week for 5 weeks, starting once school is
out. We will have a team meeting and suit sizing at the pavilion on April 23 at
3:00. Cost is $90 per child for residents, with a discount for siblings. Parental
help will be required at meets to ensure they run smoothly. This is a fun activity
for you and your child, and a great way to meet others in our community.
The registration form is available here for you to print out and complete, then
